Since the age of 5, Jaclyn Fahey started her journey as a competitive swimmer.
In college, she became a long distance runner to challenge herself. In her 20s, she borrowed an old mountain bike and completed her first triathlon. She has been hooked ever since – completing and finishing in the top 10 of multiple Ironman races; 70.3’s, 100 mile trail runs, Double Ironman and other “ultra” distance events. She has always been passionate about swimming, including helping others pursue their dreams of swimming. Whether it was teaching them how to become comfortable getting into the water or overcoming their open water fears, and taking their swimming efforts to the next level. After successfully completing several Ironman races she wanted to help others fulfill their triathlon goals. After being a personal swim coach for several years, she became a USAT certified coach in 2010…

An individualized program will be created to address your personal athletic goals and fit your personal training volume and planned races. Programs can include efficiency training, annualized season periodization, strength regiment, and daily workouts.
